OIL TASTING EXPERIENCE
Discover the world of Apulian olive oil with our professional tasters.
You will learn about different cultivars, the secrets of olive harvesting, and how to recognize high-quality oils — distinguishing the differences between extra virgin, virgin, olive oil, and lampante.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of various oils, where you will learn to identify their unique organoleptic properties just like a true sommelier.
Please note: Borgo Ritella does not have its own olive mill. The activity is conducted with external experts and focuses exclusively on tasting and educational aspects (no walks through olive groves).
WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE
Immerse yourself in the passion and tradition of Apulian winemaking.
An expert will introduce you to the story behind each wine and the work that makes it unique. The experience includes a guided tasting of selected local wines, paired with delicacies from our Masseria.
Please note: this activity is exclusively focused on tasting and learning, in collaboration with external wineries. We do not have an in-house wine cellar.
